Sajan joined KenWood & Associates, P.C. in 2005. He has over twenty three years of diversified experience in the fields of accounting, auditing and consulting services. Prior to joining KenWood & Associates, Sajan served as the Chief Financial Officer of a privately held corporation and as the Corporate Controller of a public traded company. Sajan’s experience in providing auditing and assurance services includes a “Big 4” international public accounting firm, where he served as an audit manager. He currently manages the assurance and attestation engagements of the firm, in addition to providing technical support for various attestation engagements.
Sajan’s industry and audit experience includes health care, manufacturing, construction, retail and wholesale services, restaurants, real estate developers, oil-field services, petroleum and petrochemical trading, computer consulting, and not-for-profit organizations. Additionally, he is skilled in accounting and consulting services for both privately-held and publicly-held businesses. He is also experienced in various Securities and Exchange Commission public filings and reviews.
Sajan graduated from the University of Texas A&M-University- Commerce, Texas in 1987 with a Masters in Business Administration. He received his Certified Public Accounting certification in 1995. His professional affiliations include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Houston Chapter of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.
