Chris joined KenWood & Associates, P.C. in July 2015. He has over twenty years of accounting and finance experience, seven of which are in public accounting. This includes the preparation of federal and state corporate, partnership, trust, and individual tax returns, accounting services, audits, IRS taxpayer representation, and compilations for clients encompassing a multitude of industries.
His comprehensive experience also includes financial reporting, non-profits, construction, health care, manufacturing, oil and gas, banking, real estate, and financial services. This diverse background has prepared him for the challenges of the future.
Chris graduated from Southwest Texas State University in 1991 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. He received his Certified Public Accounting (CPA) certification in 1994. In addition, Chris also graduated from the Entrepreneurship Program at the graduate level from the Wolff Center for Entrepreneurship (WCE) at the University of Houston C. T. Bauer College of Business in 1998.
