Kenneth J. Wood, CPA – President

Ken has over forty years of diversified experience in providing accounting, auditing, tax and consulting services including thirteen years with a “Big 4” international public accounting firm. In 1985, he founded the certified public accounting firm now known as KenWood & Associates, P.C. that is a member of the Private Companies Practice of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Ken currently serves as President of the Firm.

Ken graduated from the University of Nebraska in 1969 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He received his Certified Public Accounting certification in 1971. His professional affiliations include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Nebraska State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
