Sajan brings over sixteen years of diversified experience in the fields of accounting, auditing and consulting. He served as a controller of a public company and was the CFO of a privately held corporation before he joined KenWood & Associates, P.C. in 2005. Sajan also has over twelve years of experience in providing auditing and assurance service including experience with a "Big 4" international public accounting firm.

Sajan's industry and audit experience includes health care, manufacturing, construction, retail and wholesale services, restaurants, real estate developers, oil-field services, petroleum and petrochemical trading, computer consulting, and not-for-profit organizations. Additionally, he is skilled in accounting and consulting services for both privately-held and publicly-held businesses. He is also experienced in various Securities and Exchange Commission public filings and reviews. He also has extensive hands-on experience with various accounting software packages.

Sajan graduated from the University of Texas A&M at Commerce, Texas in 1987 with a Masters in Business Administration degree. He received his Certified Public Accounting certification in 1995. His professional affiliations include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Houston Chapter of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.
