Ken has over thirty years of diversified experience in providing accounting, auditing, tax and consulting services including thirteen years with a "Big 4" international public accounting firm. In 1985, he founded the certified public accounting firm now known as KenWood & Associates, P.C. which is a member of the Private Companies Practice of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Ken currently serves as President of the Firm.

His experience includes auditing, accounting and tax services for small and medium size construction, manufacturing, health care, not-for-profit and professional service companies. Ken also has extensive background in consultation for business structure, business valuation and bankruptcy.

Ken graduated from the University of Nebraska in 1969 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He received his Certified Public Accounting certification in 1971. His professional affiliations include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Nebraska State Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors, and the TSCPA Litigation Services Member Section.
