David has over thirty years of accounting experience specializing in tax and financial planning, bankruptcy and litigation including practicing with a "Big 4" international public accounting firm. He has provided expert testimony and litigation services in connection with a variety of legal defense issues. David joined KenWood & Associates, P.C. in 1995. He currently serves as Vice-President of the Firm.

His extensive experience stems from an array of projects including complex federal and state tax restructuring for small and medium size corporations and their owners, mergers and acquisitions, business valuations and financial investigations and planning.

David is also a Registered Investment Advisor, a General Securities Representative and a Registered Options Principal.

David graduated from Lycoming College in Williamsport, Pennsylvania in 1975 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and received his Certified Public Accountant certification in 1979. His professional affiliations include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Texas and Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Institute of Business Appraisers, Inc. He currently serves as President of a local Optimist Club.
